Our standard products aresupported by a 3-5 year warrantyagainst defects in workmanship and materials. For our teakwood products, we prioritize responsible sourcing and careful preparation. The wood is responsibly sourced andthoroughly seasoned and dried after harvesting to help minimizecracking, warping, and other issues over time. To ensure consistent quality, PNZ maintains control over every stage of the production process. Since 2017, our manufacturing facility in Malaysia has been home to a skilled team of over 100 artisans who uphold the high standards of our brand. Spanning 10,000 m², our facility is more than just a factory-it is a community where craftsmanship, quality, and people come together.

Renowned for its exceptional strength, durability, and natural beauty, teak is at the heart of many PNZ creations. We carefully select only mature, high-quality teak, with responsible sourcing and traceability at the core of our approach.In 2017, our commitment to sustainability took root through Green Forest Plantation Co. We planted over 200,000 teak trees across a 100-hectare plantation, helping to protect the future of this precious natural resource while supporting responsible environmental stewardship.
Through responsible cultivation and long-term planning, we are committed to ensuring that teak remains a sustainable material for generations to come.
