For nearly 9 years we’ve been industry innovators, Manufacturing & selling our own line of product range. We also manufacture Custom made designs for Contract & Hospitality furniture. Delivering design experiences that exceed expectations. We produce high quality teak, outdoor patio wicker and modern home furniture. The production processes take place mainly in Indonesia, in the central java. The ability of an expert craftsmanship combined with modern processes and technology and the high-quality materials, allows to achieve excellent quality standards. 

As the last 9years have progressed, expansion has been considerable, with commitment to ongoing investment in cutting edge machine technology and an ambitious construction programmed into increasing land areas.

Ever since its origins, PNZ has dedicated a strong attention to the several international realities: we export to different Countries and our main partners are designers and project managers, retailers and operators in the residential and contract field. OUR INFRASTRUCTURE

PNZ is a wholly integrated company, with complete facilities to processes raw materials into finished products, all within one manufacturing location. The total building area is 650,000 sq ft .We have an experienced 500 employees and growing.This facility accommodates every stage of the manufacturing process, such as weaving, veneer, drying, machining, milling, assembling, finishing, inspection and specialized packaging.

By taking control of each stage of the manufacturing process, from raw material handing to finished product, PNZ is able to satisfy both the technical demands of manufacture and satisfying each client’s exacting expectation. The process is designed to ensure constant, high quality products are manufactured to on time, every time.The company has also created an in-house metal workshop facility which focuses on stainless steel hardware and other metal accent details, invaluable when working with the highest range of furniture products. Add to this, is our dedicated fabric & leather division, which ensures that pnz will continue to provide a complete specialized manufacturing solution in the global furniture market. We have the capacity to export 500-600 containers annually to all over the world.

OUR APPROACH

The final quality check is made to each piece before custom packing in robust cartons with inner wrap and corner blocks by our dedicated packing department.

Depending on the shipping method and requirement, the good might also need to be crated. The entire process is designed to eliminate damage during transit. A complete range of Air and Sea freight options are provided to suite client requirement.

A wide range of PNZ Product line are always stocked in the warehouse and are ready to be shipped, to give you the fastest delivery of goods with best brand experience

 LOGISTIC MANAGEMENT
