• They then apply the finishing touches by hand: fine grinding to ensure smooth joints and a triple application of a weather-resistant and UVinhibiting coating that’s 10 times more durable than paint. The result is furniture that’s virtually maintenance-free.
• To conceal minor cosmetic blemishes, we offer touch-up kits designed to match our metal.

OUTDOOR SLING

Available in a wide variety of designs and colours, Sling is a generic term for a woven, open-mesh fabric made from a vinyl coated, high strength polyester yarn.PNZ uses Batyline and Twitchell outdoor slings for the Outdoor Sling Furniture Collection. It consisting of a polyester fiber covered by a coating of PVC, making it nearly impossible to tear. It is 100% synthetic and resistant to rot and mildew. Nenuphar Fibre: is made entirely from high density polyethylene (HDPE). This means it is extremely durable and resistant to all weather conditions, including strong sunlight, rain and temperatures ranging from +80 °C all the way down to –70 °C, making it suitable for exposure to the outdoor elements all year round, anywhere in the world. As well as being mold-resistant, it is also non-toxic and 100% recyclable.

Historically, slings are found combined with powder-coated aluminum frames. However, due to its inherent good looks, exceptional comfort and practicality, PNZ also has designed products that combine sling with both teak and stainless steel frames. One of the main benefits of sling is comfort. When stretched taught between two side frames, sling provides a yielding seating surface that moulds to your individual body shape. Our Ferrari Batyline or Twitchell woven vinyl is resistant to fading, mildew and wear & tear under the most severe weather conditions.
